New Customers page: everyone you have chatted with, with first and last message, number of orders and appointments, and last delivery address. Search the list and export it to Excel.
The assistant now addresses customers by name, sparingly, when it knows the name from your contacts or from an earlier order or appointment. It never uses the WhatsApp profile name.

New name: Wabo AI Assistant.
Six interface languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian and Arabic (right-to-left). The app follows your system language and defaults to English. The installer is multilingual too.
AI disclosure: in its first reply the assistant tells customers it is an AI assistant. The option to hide this is available only in the Turkish interface.
Follow-ups now end with a short line telling the customer how to opt out. A customer who writes "stop" (or the equivalent in their language) never receives another follow-up.
Appointments and calendar: services, durations, staff, working hours, closed days and capacity. The assistant offers free slots, confirms with a summary, can handle cancellations and rescheduling, sends reminders, and you can export appointments as a calendar (.ics) file.
Document learning: upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text files or a web page, and the assistant answers from the relevant section. Text is extracted on your computer.
AI runs on Google Gemini with your own key, with a choice of model tiers. The app shows usage and an estimated cost per 1,000 replies.
New Reminders screen for setting up polite follow-ups to customers who went quiet.
Backup of your data.
Import and update products in bulk from Excel or CSV: download the template, fill it in, import.
Refreshed interface design.
