These terms govern your purchase and use of Wabo AI Assistant (the “Software”), a desktop application for Windows and macOS. The Software is developed and licensed by Edubook Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım ve İnovasyon A.Ş. (“Webizmo”, “we”, “us”), Atakent Mah. Mithatpaşa Cad. Çağla Plaza No: 116 İç Kapı No: 18, 34760 Ümraniye / İstanbul, Türkiye. By downloading, installing or purchasing the Software you agree to these terms.

1. What the Software does

Wabo AI Assistant runs on your own computer. It links to your own WhatsApp account as a linked device, and uses an AI model (Google Gemini) through an API key that you provide, to reply to people who message your business, send product images from your catalog, record orders and appointments, and send limited follow-up reminders. The Software does not send bulk or unsolicited messages and must not be used to do so.

2. Free trial

You may download and use the Software free of charge for evaluation. Without a license key, all screens and the built-in test chat work, but the assistant does not send replies on WhatsApp.

3. License

• A purchased license is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for one WhatsApp number, on computers you control.
• Each license includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Versions released during that period keep working indefinitely. After 12 months you may optionally renew updates for a further year.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share your license key publicly, reverse engineer the license mechanism, or remove notices from the Software. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the app under License → Open-source licenses.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on our website. Online orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales taxes. Customers in Türkiye may also purchase directly from Webizmo. Your license key is delivered by email after payment.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• WhatsApp. The Software connects to WhatsApp using the linked-device method, which is not WhatsApp's official Business API. WhatsApp's own terms restrict automated and unofficial access, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers at its discretion. You use the Software with your WhatsApp account at your own risk. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. A WhatsApp restriction is not a defect of the Software.
• AI provider. You are responsible for your Google Gemini account, its terms and its charges.
• Lawful use. You are the controller of your customers' personal data and are responsible for complying with applicable law, including data-protection, consumer, marketing-consent and AI-transparency rules (the assistant identifies itself as an AI by default where required). You must not use the Software for spam, bulk messaging, harassment, fraud or any illegal purpose.
• Review. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for your product information, prices and the commitments made to your customers, and should review orders and conversations.

7. Availability

The Software only works while the computer it runs on is switched on, awake and online.

8. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, WhatsApp account restrictions, AI provider charges or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases. If you materially breach these terms, your license may be terminated.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
