This policy explains how Edubook Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım ve İnovasyon A.Ş. (“Webizmo”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with the Wabo AI Assistant desktop application and the wabodesktop.com website.

1. The app: your data stays on your computer

Wabo AI Assistant has no cloud service. Conversations, customer contacts, orders, appointments, your catalog and documents are stored in a local database on your computer. We do not receive, store or have access to this data. For that data, you (the business using the app) are the data controller.

• AI provider. To generate a reply, the app sends the relevant conversation text, images or voice notes and the related catalog/document excerpts to Google Gemini using your own API key. Google processes this data under your agreement with Google. Data may be transferred outside your country; as controller you are responsible for the legal basis and any notices required.
• WhatsApp. Messages are exchanged through your own WhatsApp account; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that service.
• API key. Your API key is stored in your operating system's secure keychain.
• No telemetry. The app does not send analytics or usage data to us. License keys are verified offline.

2. Purchases

When you buy a license, our Merchant of Record, Creem, processes your name, email, billing address and payment details to complete the sale under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details to issue and deliver your license key and provide support. We keep these records for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally up to 10 years in Türkiye).

3. Support

If you email or message us, we use your contact details and message to answer you. Please do not send us your customers' personal data unless needed for support.

4. Website

wabodesktop.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security, retained for up to 30 days. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Your language choice may be remembered in your browser's local storage.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR or Turkish KVKK), you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at info@webizmo.tr.
