Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you buy, which is why Wabo AI Assistant has a free trial with no time limit. If the Software still isn't right for you after purchase, we offer a simple refund.

7-day money-back guarantee

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason.
• Email info@webizmo.tr with your order number or the email address used at checkout. You do not need to explain why.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Creem, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is issued, the license ends and you must stop using the license key and remove it from the app.

Update renewals

Optional yearly update renewals can also be refunded within 7 days of the renewal payment.

After 7 days

After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the Software has a defect we cannot fix. Restrictions applied to a WhatsApp number by WhatsApp, and charges from your AI provider, are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund after the 7-day period.
